Miss USA 1994
Lu knows about winning! In less than 3 months, she captured the Miss South
Carolina USA, and Miss USA titles. She also placed 4th at the Miss Universe
Pageant. After winning the title, Lu was moved to Los Angeles, California. For a
year, she traveled the world making hundreds of appearances.
As you might expect, Lu worked hard to reach her pageant goals, but she admits
there was a lack of information available to her. Parker realized how others could
benefit from a pageant guidebook that explains in detail the secrets to winning a
pageant.
